Welcome to the Acoustical Society of America student website - the ASA Student Zone! This site was conceived by the ASA Student Council and is meant to serve as a source of information and a point of contact for students and young scientists interested in acoustics and related fields. Within this site you will find information about the ASA Student Council, the ASA itself, and activities that are geared towards students. You can also learn about the various ways in which students can get involved in the Society, and how to make the most of the information on the upcoming meeting of the Acoustical Society of America.

Fellowship Workshop: The first in a series of workshops for students and post-doctoral researchers. Representatives from organizations offering funding in areas related to acoustics gave short presentations regarding the various aspects of the funding application process, during a workshop at the San Diego ASA meeting.  The Council is working on compiling the information from this workshop, which will be part of a new section of this site focusing on fellowships and grants in the field of acoustics.  Check out our sponsors at Techcouponcode
