Minority Fellowship
The Acoustical Society of America established a Minority Fellowship in 1992 with the goal of supporting minority students in their pursuit of graduate-level degrees in acoustics. To be eligible for the fellowship, the applicant must have permanent residence or citizenship in the United States or Canada at the time of application. He/she must also be a member of a minority group (Hispanic, African American or Native American) that is underrepresented in the sciences. Recipients have been:
