
Fall Meeting: October 30-31, 2009
Join us at the National Center for Physical Acoustics located on the campus of the University of Mississippi for the 5th MidSouth regional meeting of the Acoustical Society of America October 30-31, 2009! All
scientists, engineers, acousticians, teachers and students who are interested in acoustics, sound or vibration should attend. Please pass this information along to your colleagues who might be interested. There will be an opportunity to present papers or posters on both days.
ElectroVoice in Morrilton, AR generously donated a pair of ZX1 speakers valued at $700 to be given away at this meeting! All registered meeting attendees are automatically entered to win the speakers. Attendance at the meeting is required to win.

Abstract Submission - Please click here to submit your oral or poster abstract for the meeting online. Abstracts are due by Saturday, October 10th. Presenters must also register for the meeting at the link below.
Meeting Registration - A $10 meeting registration fee (which doubles as chapter membership dues) is payable at the meeting. Student registration and membership is free. The registration fee helps to offset the cost of providing lodging for students to attend the meeting. Please click here to register for the meeting. All meeting attendees must register for the meeting.
Meeting Proceedings - Meeting proceedings will be available before the meeting.
Lodging - Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of meeting attendees, however, the chapter will provide five rooms for students. Depending on availability students may be asked to share a room. Please indicate your need for accommodation on your meeting registration form. Lodging options as well as a map of the Oxford area may be found here.
